Serving size: 4 date rolls


  1. 20 soft dates (you can use seedless dates also)
  2. Shredded coconut


  1. Take out the seeds from inside the dates.
  2. Boil 6 table spoon water and soak the dates in it for 20 minutes till they are soft.
  3. Put them into a food processor and run till they are nicely chopped.
  4. Form chopped dates into rolls.
  5. Roll them in shredded coconut.
  6. Place in the fridge and let harden for about an hour.
